Pasquel Scores Two Goals Dominating the Sharks
BOSTON, MA - Senior captain Kayla Pasquel scored two goals to help the Blazers dominate over GNAC opponent, Simmons University at Daly Field tonight.

How it Happened
Just four minutes into the game the Blazers opened up the flood gates and began ripping shots, within five minutes of play the Blazers had 3 shots on-goal. Just in the 22:46 minute mark Blazers senior captain Kayla Pasquel scored off of a free kick that perfectly slipped right between the crossbar and over Goalkeeper Marita Nothacker.
The Blazers would lead 1-0 heading into the half, outshooting the Sharks 12-5. Angela Picheo had two saves keeping the game scoreless for the Sharks.
Pasquel would add to the score with a second goal assisted by Caroline Wilcox, putting the Blazers up 2-0 at the 52 mark. Pasquel had 6 total shot attempts, scoring 2-3 shots on-goal.
The Sharks Kayla Noonan had a last minute attempt to get Simmons on the board in the final minute of play but was saved by goalkeeper Picheo. The Blazers would lead 2-0 at the final.
