Men's Soccer Draws With Rivier on Senior Day
CHICOPEE, MA - The Men's Soccer team hosted GNAC opponent the Rivier Raiders for their senior day, both teams battled hard and finished with a 0-0 tie. Senior Collin Liedke was a beast in the net having 11 saves keeping the Raiders to a scoreless match.

How it happened
The Blazers were unable to crack the scoreboard in the first half of the contest. The Raiders outshot Elms 10-4 in the first half, with seven out of the ten on goal. Senior Collin Liedke stopped all seven, keeping the half scoreless. Both teasm at zero heading into the half.
Despite overloading our offensive end the Blazers were unable to sneak a goal in, having four more shots in the second. The Raiders and he Blazers both attained two corner kicks in the second, Rivier leading 5-3 in the game. Liedke held the Radiers to a scoreless game, and ended the game with 11 saves. The game would end at a 0-0 draw.
