Bucknor’s Early Goal Sends Men’s Soccer Over Bridgewater
Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State sophomore Akeem Bucknor (Manchester, Jamaica) scored in the 14th minute as the Rams held onto a 1-0 victory over Bridgewater State in MASCAC action at Maple Street Field Saturday morning.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- FSU junior goalkeeper Corey Davidge (Blackstone, Mass.) made nine saves to record his fourth win of the season and fourth shutout.
- Junior Nate Morgado (Dartmouth, Mass.) made nine saves in the setback for the Bears.
- Framingham held a slight 17-15 shot advantage while Bridgewater finished with a 9-7 edge in corner kick attempts.
- BSU senior forward Kessy Alves (Brockton, Mass.) finished with a game-high five shots including three on frame.
UP NEXT:
- The Bears are off until next Saturday when they host MASCAC rival Fitchburg State University at noon.
