Lady Hawks lose conference battle at Maryville
MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The Huntingdon women's soccer team suffered its first conference loss of the season with a 3-1 loss at Maryville College on Saturday.
The Scots took a 1-0 lead in the first 11 minutes of the game and added two more goals in the first 16 minutes of the second half.
Coco Burgess scored Huntingdon's goal on a penalty kick in the 89th minute.

Quick Fact: With 3-0 conference records and a total of nine points apiece, Maryville and Piedmont are tied for first in the West Division of the USA South Athletic Conference. Huntingdon, with a 2-1-1 conference record, has seven points and is third in the West Division.
