• The Short Story: Seniors Maggie Coulson and Emily Maheras both scored to lead the Blue Jays to the 10^th Sweet Sixteen in program history with a 2-0 victory over CNU.

How it Happened
• Maggie Coulson struck first for Johns Hopkins, ripping one from outside the box, slightly grazing a defender, and slipping into the back of the net. The goal was the fourth of the season for the senior.  
• Maddy Rocks played a beautiful ball through the box, finding Emily Maheras who ripped it into the bottom left corner of the net for her 16^th goal of the year in the 31^st minute.
• The defense in front of Caitlin Hendricks was outstanding, allowing Christopher Newport to put just two shots on target in the contest.    
 
What it Means
• The Blue Jays advance to the Third Round of the 2019 NCAA Tournament, earning a meeting with Dickinson for the third time this season.
• The Blue Jays will move on to the 10^th Sweet 16 in program history.

• With her 29^th career goal, Maheras becomes the first player in Hopkins history to have multiple goal streaks of six games.
• Rocks' added another assist, continuing to lead the team with seven in 2019.
• Hendricks earned her fourth straight clean sheet. Hendricks has been in net for 440 consecutive scoreless minutes, the 16^th-best mark in program history.
