How it Happened
The Blazers get in the groove early when Pajorn Drysdale gets the first goal of the game at 7 minute mark. The Blazers offense quickly takes the lead with a second goal in the 11th minute by Noah Jaques assisted by Drysdale. The Lynx players Nick Wadleigh and Dj Cronin make multiple attempts to get on the board, but cannot get by the brick wall of Blazers goalkeeper Collin Liedke in net. Lynx's goalie Josiah Williams makes a big save during a penalty kick against Blazer Musa Jiana. Blazers head into the half with a 2-0 lead against the Lynx.
Blazers continue the momentum into the second half of the game. Jaques gets on the board early in the second half with his second goal of the game at 47:18 mark, stretching the score to 3-0. The Blazers offense continues to pressure Lynx's defense to maintain their lead. The Blazers offenses' hard work pays off when Blazers Jaques get his third goal of the game assisted by Drysdale. Lynx Josiah Williams held his own in net making 9 saves in the game. Blazers goalie Liedke gets a shut out for the win over the Lesley Lynx.
