YORK, Pa. - Wesley junior forward Joshua Chelleh (Columbia, Md./Long Reach) was selected as the CAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week while Wolverine midfielder/back Nico Scarpato (Washington Township, N.J./WashingtonTwp.) was picked as the CAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for Sept. 26, 2011.

Chelleh assisted on three of Wesley's four goals this week, including both scores late in the first half as the Wolverines erased a 2-0 deficit to gain a draw against two-time defending CAC champion York. Chelleh also chipped in a helper in a 2-0 midweek non-conference triumph against Shenandoah.

Scarpato was a key defensive force for the Wolverines, first helping blank Shenandoah, then steadying the ranks asYork continually pressed the attack in Saturday's draw. The WC defense surrendered only two goals in the week - one on a penalty kick. Scarpato also contributed on the attack, skimming a free kick by Chelleh from just outside the box into the back of the net to ignite Wesley's rally from a 2-0 deficit late in the first half at York.

The Wolverines travel to Stevenson on September 28.
