Tufts scored a golden goal in double overtime to beat Calvin in a tight game that could have gone either way. A dominant defense and diverse attack helped the Jumbos to their second national title in three years.

Wash U. claims first title on PK shootout win
The Bears were perfect in the PK shootout after 110 minutes wasn't enough to determine a victor. Messiah was stronger in attack throughout the game, but they needed a late equalizer after Wash U. scored first against the run of play.

500 wins for Elizabethtown men's coach Skip Roderick
Elizabethtown's 3-0 road win versus Drew lifted their coach into an elite club of 500-win coaches. Roderick is just the seventh Division III men's coach to achieve the milestone, doing so in his 33th year mentoring the Blue Jays who are nationally ranked and having their best season in at least 12 years. His career ledger, which includes the 1989 national title run, reads 500-139-58 (.759) representing the eighth best career winning percentage in Division III men's soccer history.

Dave Barrett, Illinois Wesleyan women's coach, gains 200th win
With a 4-1 home victory over Millikin, the nationally-ranked Illinois Wesleyan women presented their coach with the milestone win as a women's coach. The 200th win was reached in Barrett's 15th season leading the Titan women. He has 25 additional victories as a men's coach from his first four years at the university. Barrett's career mark stands at 225-115-37 (.646) overall and 200-72-32 (.711) as a women's coach.

Wheaton (Mass.) Women's Coach Luis Reis Wins 400th Career Game
With the Lyons 2-0 blanking of visiting Lasell, Reis joined the 400-win club in his 24th season as a collegiate head coach. It's win number 344 as women's coach at Wheaton, where Reis is in his nineteenth season after five seasons as men's coach at Bridgewater State. His win total as a women's coach ranks sixth among active Division III women's coaches and has been achieved at a rate of over 18 wins per season, second best among his current peers. His overall career record is 400-101-37.

Mindy Quigg Earns 300th Win as Ithaca women's coach
An emphatic 6-0 whitewash of Alfred lifted Quigg's career win tally to 300, all coming at Ithaca where she is in her 22nd year at the helm. She's the 22nd Division III women's coach to reach the 300-win milestone and is 15th among active coaches. Her career record is 300-92-46 (.737).

It's 400 wins for Denison's men's coach, Rob Russo
The 2-1 win over Marietta not only kept the Big Red men perfect but gave their head coach his 400th career victory. Russo reached the milestone win in his 17th year with the Big Red after 18 years at several Division I and II schools. He's the 19th Division III men's coach to reach 400 wins and ranks 9th among active coaches. The win brings Russo's career ledger to 400-206-47 (.649).

Emory's men's coach, Sonny Travis, notches win no. 400
The milestone win came when the Eagles defeated Sewanee 1-0. Travis becomes the 18th Division III men's coach to reach 400 wins and is tied for ninth among active coaches. His accumulation of wins has come from stints at Centre, Virginia Wesleyan, and now Emory. With Travis's 106 wins at Emory in just over eight years, his career record now stands at 400-131-49 (.732).

William Smith's Aliceann Wilber marks 500 wins
The Heron's 1-0 victory over Rochester delivered the milestone win for Coach Wilber making the two-time national champion the first Division III women's soccer coach to reach the 500-win plateau. Moreover, as the all-time winningest female coach in NCAA soccer history, she becomes the first woman to mark this achievement. In her 36th season, all at William Smith where she is the only coach the Herons have ever had, Wilber has amassed a 500-129-56 (.771) record.

Rochester men's coach Chris Apple collects 200th win
With a 3-0 blanking of St. John Fisher, Rochester's 15th-year men's coach reached the 200-win plateau in front of the Yellowjackets' home fans. Apple, who came to Rochester with three years of head coaching experience at the collegiate level, has a 181-51-39 (.740) record at the school and a career ledger of 200-79-42 (.688).

Smolen's reached the milestone when USMMA dealt visiting NYU a 4-1 defeat. His 300 wins ranks 20th among active Division III men's coaches and 46th all-time. All wins have come at Kings Point where Smolens is in his 26th season. His career record is 300-147-36 (.658).

Brandeis men's coach Mike Coven in rare air with 500 wins
With Brandeis' key double-overtime victory over rival Babson, Coven became just the sixth Division III men's soccer coach to attain 500 wins and eleventh NCAA soccer coach overall to reach this milestone. In his 43rd season, all at Brandeis, Coven is currently the second-longest tenured coach in all of NCAA soccer. The 1976 Division III national champion now has an overall record of 500-258-52 (.649).

Roanoke's Phil Benne wins No. 300 as women's coach
A 3-0 shutout of Southern Virginia to open the 2015 Shellenberger Classic at Lynchburg College gave the Maroon's mentor the milestone win. Benne's win total ranks 14th among active Division III women's coaches and 20th all-time. The 26th-year coach of the Roanoke women's program has a career mark of 300-171-38 (.627).

Salisbury men's coach Gerry DiBartolo notches 400th career win
The Sea Gulls' 2-1 win over Merchant Marine in their home opener marked DiBartolo's 400th career victory. He is just the 38th coach in NCAA men's soccer history to accomplish the feat and the 17th to do so at the Division III ranks. Additionally, he ranks 8th among active Division III men's coaches. DiBartolo is in his 34th year, all guiding the Sea Gulls, with a career record that now stands at 400-176-57 (.677).

Rochester takes first loss; Middlebury makes noise
On a busy Saturday, conference play was the rule of the day and several matches led to surprising results; Ohio Wesleyan's 24 match undefeated streak in NCAC play was brought to a close, Dominican played to a draw ending their undefeated run, and Messiah needed a goal with just nine minutes to play for yet another tight finish for the Falcons.

No surprise from undefeated Dominican on Wednesday, as they move to 11-0 with a 3-0 shutout of NAC foe Aurora University. And Salisbury finally gave up a goal in Wednesday's match with Stevenson. Pepe Fernandez gains 300th victory as Maryville's women's coach
A season-opening win, 4-1 at Tennessee Wesleyan, handed Fernandez the milestone win as a women's coach. It's his 25th year leading both men's and women's programs at Maryville and he already passed the 300-win mark as a men's coach in 2013. Fernandez ranks 13th among active Division III women's coaches and 19th all-time. His career totals, all coming at Maryville, stand at 300-124-32 (.693) for the women and 614-266-65 (.684) overall.
