Thomas More's Zack Lawson Named PAC Defender/Goalkeeper of the Week
(WEXFORD, Pa.) - Thomas More College senior goalkeeper Zack Lawson (Frankfort, Ky./Frankfort) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Soccer Defender/Goalkeeper of the Week today (Monday, October 10, 2011) by the Conference office.
Lawson earned his second weekly PAC defender/goalkeeper honor this season after he recorded three saves and played all 90 minutes in goal as Thomas More remained unbeaten in conference action with a 3-1 home victory over Grove City College, which entered the match unbeaten in the PAC. He improved to 8-1-1 on the season in goal with the victory.
Lawson and the rest of the Saints return to action on Wednesday (October 12) they travel to New Wilmington, Pennsylvania to play Westminster College at 1:30 p.m.
