Brueggeman joins MU men's soccer staff
Manchester University alum Corey Brueggeman recently was named assistant coach for the men's soccer program by Director of Athletics Rick Espeset and head coach David Good.
Brueggeman fills the opening left when former assistant and alum Steve Frizzo left the program in December to pursue other opportunities. A two-time all-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference honoree on the pitch for the Spartans, he was among the top five in scoring as a junior and senior at midfielder.
"I am very excited to be joining the university's athletic department," he said. "It will be great to be back and work alongside Coach Good to continue and build on the tradition of Manchester University men's soccer."
