Coach Parsons Gets Career Win #100

WATERVILLE, ME – Thomas men's soccer Head Coach Chris Parsons '98 recorded his 100th career coaching victory with a 3-0 win over Purchase College on Saturday in the Endicott Invitational.

Parsons returned to his alma mater in 2011 after head coaching stints at Notre Dame College (1999-01), Saint Joseph's College (2003-04), and University of Maine-Farmington (2008-10).

Since taking over the helm at Thomas Parsons has a 26-11-2 record that includes a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth.

As a player, Parsons made two NJCAA National Final Four appearances with Ulster County Community College (N.Y.) before playing at Thomas College. At Thomas Parsons helped guide the squad to a Maine Athletic Conference title in 1995 and was the team captain and an NSCAA Honorable All-American in 1996. He was also a two-time All-New England, All-State and All-MAC selection.
