Hope Men's Soccer Falls To St. Norbert 2-1
Junior James Reymann of Columbus, Ohio (Worthington Kilbourne) recorded his first goal of the season for the Hope College men's soccer team in a 2-1 loss to St. Norbert, Wisconsin on Saturday at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Reymann scored off a corner kick 23 minutes, 56 seconds into the second half to pull the Flying Dutchmen within a goal.
St. Norbert (2-2 overall) grabbed an early 2-0 lead by producing goals twice in the first 13 minutes, 25 seconds.
It was the fourth one-goal match to start the season for the Flying Dutchmen.
Hope kicks off Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play on Wednesday, September 13 against Kalamazoo at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.
