Lady Lions' Raspanti Named AMCC Defensive Player of the Week
PITTSBURGH, Pa. - For the second time this season, Penn State Altoona senior goalkeeper Lindsay Raspanti was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference's Defensive Player of the Week in women's soccer on Monday.
Raspanti recorded shutout wins over Juniata College and D'Youville College last Tuesday and Saturday, respectively, to boost her record to 5-2-1 this season. Her five shutouts rank first in the AMCC.
Raspanti was previously named AMCC Defensive Player of the Week on September 12.
