Women's Soccer Blanked by Saint Joe's
STANDISH, ME- Thomas College (0-3) fell at the hands of Saint Joseph's College (1-0) in a non-conference women's soccer matchup Thursday evening 6-0. Kate Thibodeau (Woolwich, Maine) made 15 saves in the losing effort.
Katie Chambers (Hampden, Maine) scored three goals for the Monks and Kim Jordan (Bangor, Maine) chipped in with three assists. Saint Joe's recorded 30 shots in the victory.
Kristi Hilton (Monmouth, Maine) had a shot on goal for the Terriers in the loss.
The Terriers return to the pitch Sunday as they face off against University of Maine-Machias at 1pm. The Clippers defeated the Terriers by a score of 3-1 last fall.
