Suzette Soboti to Instruct at EXACT College Soccer Camp
It was recently announced that University of Redlands head women's soccer coach, Suzette Soboti, has been selected as one of the lead instructors for the upcoming EXACT Soccer Elite Prospect Camp at Lancaster National Soccer Center. This college soccer camp will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 9-10, and is open to all high school players who would like to compete. The unique camp provides players with the opportunity to not only showcase individual field skills, but also their mental readiness.
Soboti will join other top instructors from NCAA programs such as UC Irvine, San Diego State University, University of North Carolina, Loyola Marymount University, California Lutheran University, and Chapman University. During the two-day camp, these coaches will conduct small-group clinic activity, observe players in showcasing their development potential, and lead one-on-one review sessions with participants.
In her 15 years at the helm of the women's soccer program at the U of R, she has compiled an astounding 172-92-15 overall record, while notching a 125-47-11 mark in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC). With the most wins of any women's soccer coach in Redlands' history, Soboti has guided the Bulldogs to 12 top-three finishes in conference, including four SCIAC Championships and four trips to the NCAA Championships.
Also the head coach of the women's lacrosse program at the U of R, Soboti has led the Bulldogs to two-consecutive SCIAC Championships and three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances. In addition, she was recently named the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III West Region Coach of the Year.
