BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Bridgewater Eagles remained perfect in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) with a 7-0 win over Guilford Saturday afternoon. The Eagles (6-3, 3-0 ODAC) jumped on top early and never looked back in gaining their third conference win.

Seven different players scored for Bridgewater.  Anne Cypriano and Paxton Sauerwald each had a goal and an assist while Anna Thiessen had two assists. Taylor Riley turned back the only shot she faced to pick up the win.

After a tough first half, the Quakers (0-11, 0-4 ODAC) were able to get four shots on goal after intermission, with Cassie Vaughn tallying three. Abby Gove had five saves in net in a losing effort while Caitlyn Young came off the bench to turn back two shots.

Guilford returns to action Wednesday in an ODAC battle at Randolph.
